This spectacular event is coming to downtown Raleigh for its 5th year next week. Support an amazing nonprofit, Activate Good, while watching a fashion show and participating in a live auction!
The 5th Annual Couture for a Cause fashion show fundraiser and auction will be held at Marbles Kids Museum on Saturday, November 9. Tickets are available for pre-sale for $25 (buy them now!) until November 8, and then they’re $30 at the door. Or, you can really rock the event in style with the VIP package for $75.
This fundraiser pairs local designers with Activate Good’s nonprofit partners to create looks that mesh with the nonprofit’s mission in the community. Not only do you get to enjoy beautiful looks paraded on the runway, but you’ll learn more about important causes in our community. Additionally, there will be hors d’oeuvres, a red carpet runway, and JUSTIN LEBLANC from Project Runway will be among the judge’s panel! As if that’s not enough, you can join in the fun of bidding on the silent auction (which actually has already begun online) and live auction of the runway looks. See a photo gallery of past events on the Couture for a Cause Facebook Page.
I’m proud to say that this is my third year volunteering with Couture for a Cause, and it is an incredible, high-energy, beautifully run event in which proceeds benefit Activate Good, an organization that I can truly say activates good in the

Triangle. As a behind-the-scenes person, I can tell you all the hard work that happens prior to the event really pays off in a wonderful night of entertainment for guests.
I invite you to experience a wonderful night of philanthropy and fun…and maybe think about volunteering with Activate Good next time you’re looking to do some good!
